Information you enter
BidFrame processes your account email and the information you choose to enter, including contractor profile details, customer names and contact details, job addresses, scope descriptions, quantities, pricing, markup and tax information.
Account and estimate storage
Supabase provides account authentication and database storage for contractor profiles, customer profiles and saved estimates. This information is associated with your account and can be loaded when you sign in from another device. The account area provides controls to remove saved estimates and customer records. Contact us to request removal of your account or contractor profile.
Photos
Selected job photos are used during the current browser session and are not included in saved estimate records. Avoid selecting photos containing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Payments
If you purchase BidFrame Unlimited, Stripe processes subscription and payment information. BidFrame receives information needed to confirm membership status; payment card details are handled by Stripe.
Email and technical information
Supabase and its configured email delivery provider process account confirmation and password reset emails. Our hosting platform and browser may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device information, request logs and security events.
Sharing and sales
BidFrame does not sell your account, customer or estimate information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers needed to operate the site.
Your choices
You can remove saved estimate and customer records through the account tools. Contact us to request removal of your account or contractor profile. Do not enter information unless you have authority to use it.
Children
BidFrame is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised date will appear above.
