Information you enter

BidFrame may process contractor profile details, customer names, job locations, scope descriptions, pricing and job photos that you choose to enter.

Device storage

The current free version stores contractor profiles and saved estimates locally in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data, deleting the app or changing devices may erase them. BidFrame does not promise backup or recovery.

Photos

Selected job photos are used for the current browser session and are not included in saved estimate history. Avoid selecting photos containing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Technical information

The hosting platform and browser may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device information, request logs and security events.

Sharing and sales

BidFrame does not sell the estimate information stored locally on your device. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers necessary to operate the site.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored information by clearing BidFrame’s site data in your browser. Do not enter information unless you have authority to use it.

Children

BidFrame is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may change as accounts, cloud storage or payments are introduced. Material new data uses will be described before those features are launched.
