1. Agreement
By accessing BidFrame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter contracts and are responsible for activity performed through your device.
2. Estimating tool only
BidFrame provides software for preparing preliminary estimates. BidFrame is not a contractor, engineer, architect, attorney, accountant, code official or material supplier. It does not inspect jobsites or verify measurements, prices, taxes, permits, licensing, codes, plans or concealed conditions.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate, performing appropriate inspections, verifying all information, maintaining required licenses and insurance, and using contracts and disclosures that comply with the laws where you work. A BidFrame estimate is not automatically a legally compliant construction or home-improvement contract.
4. No guarantees
Estimates may contain errors or omissions and actual costs may differ. BidFrame does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, code compliance, project performance, customer acceptance or payment. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. User content
You retain responsibility for information, photos and documents you enter. Do not upload content you lack permission to use or sensitive information that is unnecessary for an estimate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidFrame and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months or $100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify BidFrame and its owner from third-party claims arising from your estimates, contracting work, representations, legal violations, customer disputes or misuse of the service.
8. Changes and availability
Features may change or be discontinued. These terms may be updated, with the updated date shown above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
9. Legal review
These general terms are not a substitute for legal advice. State-specific construction-contract requirements may apply. Have a qualified attorney approve your customer agreements before use.
